Class: Kids' Sewing Camp--Pillowcase

Kids age 8-15 can join Alisa and Lynn to learn the basics of sewing as they make a pillowcase! We're in Stitches is supplying the sewing machines--you just need to bring your materials and basic sewing supplies. Please read all information for instructions and class supplies.  No experience necessary!

In an effort to keep classes affordable, we ask that you purchase all supplies and materials from We're In Stitches.  Before purchasing materials, check to make sure that the class minimum of 3 students has been met. Students are eligible for a 10% discount on supplies purchased for class; online customers should make a note at checkout listing name of class and which items apply to have the discount applied manually.

By signing up for a class, you agree to in-class photography, which we use on our social media to promote the class experience to others.

Supplies needed:

Pillowcase kit OR 3 cuts of fabric:
*3/4 yard for pillowcase body
*1/4 yard contrast for pillowcase cuff
*1/8 yard accent for trim

Thread to match/complement your fabrics

You will also need a basic sewing kit. This should include the following:

• Fabric cutting scissors
• Straight pins or fabric clips
• Seam ripper

You may wish to bring a snack or lunch to eat during class.

Please drop off and pick up your child inside the classroom.
